Obverse: an allegory of Poland standing above the ruins of a city; below, city walls with an eagle surrounded by a crown of thorns; on either side, the dates 1914 and 1917;
Reverse: the coats of arms of Poland, Kraków, Warsaw, and Poznań; in the center, the inscription:
UNITE US, O LORD,/WITH AN UNBREAKABLE BOND!/- GIVE US ONE BODY, ONE/HEART, ONE SPIRIT.;
