One of the best Chateau in the Sauternes-Barsac - this producer is ranked as Premier Cru which is awarded to just 12 Chateau in this appellation (Chateau Yquem being the only Premier Grand Cru)
This wine has a complex bouquet: quince preserve, some nuts, passion fruit. It has a medium body. The sweetness stays in balance with long before mentioned sour quince and citrus acidity. A harmonious wine with visible lightness and well drawn acidity. A very long finish.
