Limited edition of 280 pieces, this piece is No. 73, one of only 45 pieces on Hollande paper containing in addition:

Condition: very good, with minor yellowing(foxing) on the margins of a few pages; cardboard case locally rubbed, title page slightly faded.
Moses Kisling (1891-1953) - prominent Polish-French painter of Jewish origin, known for his distinctive portraits and landscapes. He was born in Krakow, where he began to study painting, and then went to Paris, where he became an important figure in the artistic bohemia of Montparnasse. Kisling worked in a style that combined elements of Expressionism and Post-Impressionism, and his works, especially his portraits of women, are distinguished by their intense colors and subtle sensuality.
