The photograph from the Agfapan negative was reflected by the author on December 13, 2020 on the enlarger "Krokus PZO 69".
Ireneusz Piotrowski took the photo in front of the Moskwa cinema in Warsaw on the first day of martial law. The author found the negative only after 25 years and in 2019 donated his archival photos from 1980-1981 to the collection of the European Solidarity Center (ECS) in Gdansk.
Ireneusz Piotrowski (Warsaw 1955) - Warsaw resident, photographer working at the Documentary and Feature Film Studio.
In 2015 he was awarded the Golden Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland for his opposition activities (1974 -1983).
