Stanislaw Ejsmond (Dąbrówka 1894 - Lublin 1939) - painter; his father and teacher was painter Franciszek Ejsmond. In 1910 he made his debut at an exhibition in Warsaw's Zachęta Gallery, where he later showed his works many times and was active in the Committee of the TZSP. In September 1939, he participated in the evacuation of the Zachęta collection, taking J. Matejko's paintings, among others, to Lublin. He died during the bombing, crushed by a painting of the Battle of Grunwald, which was rolled up on a roller. He painted flowers, still lifes, portraits, as well as fantasy compositions, characterized by their decorativeness and advantages of color.
