A lot consisting of a collection of small-format intaglio prints, presumably steel or copper engravings, depicting various topographical landscapes, rural scenes, and architectural ruins. The subjects include a rocky mountain pass, rural settlements, and ruins in the classical style—iconographic elements typical of 19th-century European printmaking linked to the tradition of vedute. Several works clearly show the impression line of the plate within the mount. Captions and identifying inscriptions are present at the lower margins of some plates, though they are not clearly legible in the overall image. The works are set in dark wooden frames of various styles, three of which feature a gilded inner border. The prints exhibit good definition of the lines and satisfactory preservation of linear details.
