"It is interesting to note that the color in the works of
Panasiuk are applied in a way that
only seemingly planar.
The actual structure of the work contains
a wealth of translucency, which is the result of the multi-layered nature of the
composition. The artist did not
did not shy away from using old canvases, which
for decades served as a substrate for the developed
compositions, but most
liked paper as a substrate for her
landscapes: A gouache is not a sketch for a painting,
on the contrary, the inspiration for gouache is
oil," she says of her works.
