Born in 1957. Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań from 1976 to 1981 - graduated with honors in 1981. From 1982 to 2019 he worked at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and from 1995 to 2019 led the Serigraphy Studio at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań, where from 1998 to 2002 he was vice-dean and then dean of the Faculty of Painting, Graphics and Sculpture and dean of the Faculty of Graphic Arts from 2002 to 2008. From 2008 to 2016 he served as Representative of the Rector for Promotion and Publishing at the University of Arts in Poznań. He has been a titular professor since 2001. He is currently an associate professor at the University of Rzeszow. From 1981 to 2025 he had 81 solo exhibitions and participated in 648 group exhibitions at home and abroad.
