Ilona Foryś
(b.1980, Wieluń) is a graduate of the Wł. Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. She studied at the Faculty of Visual Education since 2000, and at the Faculty of Painting and Graphics since 2002. She completed her diploma in June 2005 in the silkscreen studio under Prof. A. Smoczynski and an annex in the painting studio under Prof. J. Zduniewski. Graduate of postgraduate curatorial studies at the Institute of Art History, Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2005-2006). In 2006 she received... honorable mention for her painting titled. "Splendor", in the competition, organized by Art&Business in Warsaw - "painting of the year". She studied at the Faculty of Digital Media Production Organization of the L. Schiller University of Fine Arts and Design in Lodz (2006-2008). Since 2008 she has been the founder of ILAFO Ilona Foryś artistic activity, dealing mainly with the promotion and sale of works of her own authorship.
