Bengt Orup was a Swedish artist, glass designer, and pioneer of Swedish postwar modernism. Examples of Orup’s work can be found in the collections of, among others, Moderna Museet and the Nationalmuseum in Stockholm; the Museum of Modern Art in New York; the Victoria and Albert Museum in London; L’Institut Tessin, Paris; and the Smaland Museum (Swedish Glass Museum).
