General Bronisław Grąbczewski—topographer, traveler, and explorer in the service of Tsarist Russia. A renowned hunter, he described his hunting trophies primarily in *Hunting Memoirs*. A scholar of Central Asia. He led scientific expeditions in the Hindu Kush, Kashgar, Tibet, Afghanistan, and the Pamir Mountains, which he described in detail in these memoirs; however, numerous hunting themes can also be found here. He resided in Poland from 1910 onward.
