Anna Perek-Sobierajska is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań. She graduated with honors in two majors: Industrial Design and Painting in Architecture and Urban Planning. She has won competitions in furniture and graphic design. Her works have been presented at solo and group exhibitions. Currently, her work focuses on painting and spatial forms of the so-called narrative sculptures, In her works she tries to capture the uniqueness, phenomenality, beauty of the surrounding world and man, while establishing a dialogue with the viewer, conveying in a symbolic way her reflections, thoughts, which at some point are supplemented by ideas, emotions of the viewer. She treats her work as an intimate diary of the reality around her, to which the viewer can add his own story.
