Incredible right-hand depiction of the Sevastopol forts in the Black Sea, with the names of the various places, the armies positioned, the names of the generals and the ships at sea. Exceptionally fine, meticulous work by Blachère, a French engraver who, apart from a few medallions on the Crimean War, is only the author of a medallion of Napoleon I.
