Michal Rejner (b. 1995), replaced academic corridors with the streets of European cities by creating his street art, highly controversial works in their spaces. Coming from street art, he considers independence and self-reliance to be the most important issues, so when he replaced concrete walls with canvases, he gained technical knowledge from other artists rather than among academic classes. The artist appeared where representatives of the artistic world gathered, he visited artists' studios, he also sought them out by visiting exhibitions in galleries or museums, from every conversation and observation he extracted what was most important and valuable to him. He spent a lot of time at the Art Institute in Chicago during his artistic residency in the US, where he believes one can encounter a great diversity in the schemes that artists there adopt.
