Born in 1936 in Nakło nad Notcią.
Graphic artist, illustrator and painter. Studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun,
Where he defended his diploma in 1961 in the Painting Studio of Prof. Stanislaw
Borysowski. In 1970, he organized a serigraphy studio, which he has headed ever since.
today. In 1974-1978 he served as deputy director, and in 1987-1989 as
director of the Artistic and Pedagogical Institute. From 1982 to 1989
he also headed the Department of Graphic Arts. His work has been the subject of some 30 exhibitions
individual exhibitions at home and abroad, he participated in more than 200 exhibitions
group exhibitions: international, national, community and exhibitions of
of Polish graphics abroad. He has received many awards in Poland, as well as internationally,

among others: Diploma of Excellence at the Autumn Annual in Venezia, International Art
Exhibition in 1999, Honour Mentions at Itart 2001 - Mini Graphic and
Painting World Wide Show in Pisa, Italy in 2001, Diploma of Excellence
at the International Annual of Miniature Art Exhibition in Stockholm in 2001.
