Danuta Kolis born 1967 in Sosnowiec.
I discovered a passion for art in myself already as a child, but at first I chose a completely different career path - an accountant, later - a computer graphic designer. For more than five years I began to take painting seriously. I spend all my free moments in the company of paints and brushes. I paint mainly with watercolor and acrylic paints. I perceive the world through the prism of colors, I am fascinated by nature. Most of my works exude colors, and their main theme is a woman.
In June 2019, the Municipal House of Culture Bogucice-Zawodzie, Katowice hosted an exhibition of my watercolors and jewelry made by me (in beading techniques).
