In 1984, she graduated from the painting program at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw under the guidance of Professor Stefan Gierowski. Małgorzata Rittersschild made her debut in 1984 with the exhibition “Good Morning, Goodbye” at the Dziekanka Gallery in Warsaw, and over time went on to hold several solo exhibitions. Her paintings are characterized by rich, saturated colors set against black patches of color, simplifications, and the use of contours. Małgorzata Rittersschild’s artistic body of work was quickly recognized by critics, thanks to which her name holds an important place in the Polish art market.
