Piotr Kachny (born 1978)
Born in Kluczbork, Poland. Graduate of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Art in Kalisz, EASP at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan and the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. He works in painting, fine art photography and photomontage. As an artist, he is interested in the human figure. He often uses images of people he knows as a pretext to build an image. In his work he shows what is sensual in man, and what he has lost touch with due to the influence of culture, the conventions associated with it, including education. He also draws inspiration from various attitudes and patterns of social behavior. He has participated in many exhibitions at home and abroad.
