In the mid-1990s he discovered the work of Salvador Dali, and other Surrealists, while in 1998, under the influence of Wojciech Siudmak's exhibition at the Legnica Copper Museum, as well as a meeting with the artist himself, he decided to devote himself to work in such directions as surrealism and fantastic realism.
