Obverse: royal bust in laurel wreath, wearing armor with visible epaulettes, with mantle, to the right, in the rim legend:

Reverse: crowned four-cornered crown with five trefoil fleurons, with jewels on the bows, a three-field escutcheon, with the coats of arms of the Crown of the Kingdom of Poland, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the Sobieski family coat of arms - Janina, between the coats of arms a bow; under the crown the denomination mark VI, under the escutcheon the date 1677; along the rim a legend divided by the Leliwa coat of arms in a Polish-type escutcheon:
