Silver, 1.86 g, 23.2 mm. Metcalf 1190.
Grade: Good VF, edge cracked during striking, but the flan is solid, toned.
The asper was half of the large Rhodian grosso gigliato; the monetary system of Rhodes thus combined the tradition of large grossi from Naples and small grossi from Venice.
