Weight 3,31 g, 18 mm. Nice coin. Old patina and an interesting obverse with the goddess Victoria. Marcus Portius Cato was the grandson of Cato the Elder and the father of Cato the Younger (Cato the Uticinus), one of Caesar's main opponents and allies of Pompey the Great. In 46 BC after his defeat in the battle against Caesar's troops at Thapsus, in the province of Africa, he committed suicide in the city of Utica (hence the nickname Uticensis).
