"Глубокоуважаемый господин! На письма отвечаю с большим опозданием, что мне очень неприятно. Я с интересом и радостью выполню Вашу просьбу. Уверен, что в будущем Вы будете вспоминать меня с лучшими чувствами. С глубочайшим уважением, Ив. Лазаров"
Translation into English:
"Dear Sir, I am replying to your letter with a great delay, which I deeply regret. I will gladly and with interest fulfill your request. I am confident that in the future you will remember me with the best feelings. With deepest respect, Iv. Lazarov"
