A two-volume set of the monumental biography *Napoleon I: A Portrait of His Life* by one of the foremost experts on the Napoleonic era— Fryderyk M. Kircheisen.
The work was published in 1931 by the Polish Publishing Institute in Katowice. The set offered here has been preserved in its original hardcover bindings with magnificent gold-embossed designs on the front covers depicting the Emperor on horseback.

Very good condition, as shown in the photos. The original cloth cover has retained its intense blue color, and the gilding on the front is clearly visible. There is minor scuffing on the edges and corners, as well as slight soiling, which is natural for a book of this age.
